A light movie with full of beautiful stars. Tbh I was interested to watch this drama because of the actors. The stories in this film are simple and I think it’s good for you who want to watch a nice film on the weekend.
There are 4 different love stories that happen during the week before new year.
She Would Never Know is a love story about a young good looking man who’s in love with his senior based on a novel “Sunbae, Geu Lipstick Bareujimayo” by Elise (asianwiki). I think it’s a pure romance with the background cosmetic company. Chae Hyun Seung (Rowoon) is a marketer in KLAR cosmetics. He likes his senior (Sunbae), Yoon Song A (Won Jin A), who tutors him well and has promising career in the company. But while chasing his love, Hyun Seung finds out that Sunbae’s secretly dating their boss.
I can say one of my favorite dramas. It’s such a healing and therapeutic series for me. I like the scenario, the plot, the characters and everything. Even the cinematography is nice. You won’t find typical second lead syndrome or love triangle something like that. I salute to the writer, she’s a rookie writer but can touch us viewers with the story. Light and breezy, like my friend said.
Finally I can watch this movie. Josee. A film by Kim Jong Kwan starring Han Ji Min and Nam Joo Hyuk, remake of Japanese movie Remake of 2003 movie “Josee, the Tiger and the Fish” (source: asianwiki). About a university student, Young Seok (Nam Joo Hyun) who falls in love with a woman on a wheelchair, Josee (Han Ji Min). It’s a beutiful yet a sad movie, slow-paced with a good cinematography.
Finally something different from K-dramaland, The Uncanny Counter, a “Superhero” drama. Not only the premise but the execution is good. Even though in the middle of the airing, the Director has changed due to some internal problems but for me this drama is still good and even more appreciated with good ratings. They even hit the highest rating of OCN drama of all time.
